Software Development:

We are a software and hardware development company located on the windward side of Oahu in the State of Hawaii. Our company creates client-side software interfaces for IBM compatible PCs. We develop and deploy custom server-side application programs that allow control and monitoring of remote facilities. PLC programming using General Electric Fanuc 90 series and Allen Bradley Compact Logix as well as older SLC series.

Custom Systems Multimedia and Industrial Automation:

We build and install PC based audio communication and paging systems for schools, interactive multimedia software for museum displays. We integrate PC-based interfaces for PLC control systems. Automated control systems remains our most requested engineering product offerings. We have a large installed base of SCADA installations on Oahu. We can interconnect and integrate a larger spectrum of equipment than most other systems integration companies.

Circuit Boards and Control Panels:

Our company designs and prototypes control panels, communication interfaces, microprocessor based sequence and data telemetry interfaces. Special and custom designed printed circuit boards are designed and fabricated in-house.

On Going Projects ...

We are currently working on the following projects:

NO1 Capitol District Building Automation Upgrades Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii (Completed).

Hemmeter Building JPEG (Richard Street View) Honolulu, Hawaii Image used by permission NAI investment company

Web accessable building automation and control system allows simple building process programming via web browser. The new computer control system shall include interface to the existing Staefa EMS control system aswell as the existing network of card readers.

Water Monitoring and Control System for Schofield Barracks on Oahu, Hawaii (Completed).

Water Tank with embedded level meter

Images are updated showing fill levels. Data is up dated via a telemetry system. This project shall be browser capable and may be viewed from the internet. All system processes are synchronized via GPS with a microprocessor based GPS interface that we have developed in house.

Fiber-optic splicing and connectorization on Oahu, Hawaii (Completed February - 2010).

SC fiber-optic connector

We are certified with the Fiber Optic Association (FOA CFOT Certification No. 2391014) to install fiber optic cable, splice, and connectorize. We are connectorizing a large SCADA system network for the US Navy on Oahu.

PLC programming for an oily-waste treatment plant on Oahu, Hawaii (Completed - June 2010).

Oily waste and water storage tank  Oily waste pumping station

These are screen captures of an oily-waste processing facility SCADA system taken from our development computer. We used Delphi to create the HMI screens and develop the underlying communication program to poll an existing array of Allen Bradley, CompactLogix PLCs to display real-time tank levels and pump status. This is a medium size SCADA system network for an industrial oily-waste treatment facility. Development screen-capture shots show two, of several, HMI screens. The gauges on the pump station HMI show percent output control of variable speed drives. The on-screen controls are simple and intuitive for the plant operators.
